It’s amazing how much of the US does not actually have any sort of workout routine, 93% if you want to be exact……..and I do. Unless you’re a construction worker, firefighter, or some other physically demanding job, you have to add exercise into your daily and weekly routine just to stay healthy.
When muscles don’t move, they stagnate, and if they don’t move for long enough, it can lead to atrophy, pain signals, and postural imbalance.
